Responsibilities

Improve data quality and freshness, classify jobs and companies, maintain reference data, enrichment and anomaly detection
Let users confirm or update their own information through validation mechanisms
Build an AI agent foundation with instructions, knowledge and skills that respect each user's rights
Create conversational search and segmentation, e.g. finding finance graduates in London for over three years
Open the platform to clients' own AI assistants via MCP with access controls, security and traceability

Decide what to build now, what to postpone and what not to build at all
Coordinate product launch with marketing, Customer Success and KAM, then measure real adoption
Apply AI and automation to product processes: feedback synthesis, request qualification, spec prep, analysis and documentation

Requirements

Deep experience in at least two of: Data Products & Data Quality, LLM/agents/generative AI, automation or rule engines, analytics and dashboards, APIs and platform products
Plus: multi-tenant B2B2C product experience, usage-based packaging, n8n/Make/Zapier or light scripting

Conditions

Full-time (CDI) role based in Paris, Île-de-France
A team of about thirty people with a tight-knit Product & Tech team
Organization moving toward more writing, clearly assigned responsibilities and fewer useless meetings
PM has a real decision-making scope
