Description

The user experience unit is being strengthened with a senior UX-UI designer. The role is transverse across front-office products for retail (Particulier) and business (Entreprise) customers, with hands-on UI production on both environments. The designer works in Figma on wireframes, mockups and prototypes and contributes to the evolution of the design system. Real UI experience is essential, while UX customer research is only an option if the person demonstrates a solid grasp of the complex topics involved.

Responsibilities

Design wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma taking technical feasibility into account
Support the front-office Particulier and Entreprise products, including UI production on both environments
Contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure visual consistency and ease of maintenance
Participate actively in upstream discussions with critical, argued and solution-oriented input
Challenge constructively while respecting the framework, constraints and collective decisions
Structure, evolve and maintain UI assets and processes with systemic design logic
Apply UI standards and best practices: visual hierarchy, readability, affordance, interactional consistency
Design robust adaptive interfaces for different screen formats and viewing constraints
Produce and share clear UI deliverables usable by all stakeholders
Optionally conduct qualitative and/or quantitative customer studies and present their results

Requirements

Significant experience of at least 6 years in a similar UI design position
Specialized training in UI design with solid knowledge of web design rules
Mandatory mastery of Figma
Experience designing with a Design System and participating in its evolution
Knowledge of digital accessibility rules
Good understanding of web interface development principles and constraints, plus Agile methodology
Mastery of modular design approaches: atomic design, patterns, components
Solid UI culture focused on norms, usages and interactional consistency
Ability to explain, argue and document UI design decisions
Strong organizational skills with attention to quality, consistency and maintainability of deliverables
Analytical, observational and listening skills with a creative and aesthetic sensibility
Optional: experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative customer studies
