Description

The employer organises low-threshold football competitions throughout the Netherlands and wants more people to discover its parks and leagues. The hire will own social media end to end: concept, filming on match nights, editing, publishing, community replies and lead generation. It is a hybrid part-time role of 12-16 hours per week based in Amsterdam or Utrecht, with part of the editing and planning work done from home.

Responsibilities

Owning social media from the first idea to the last reply under a post
Concept and planning: campaigns, formats and a content calendar aligned with goals
Filming and photography at the parks during match evenings and events
Editing and producing: turning one recording into multiple short videos, photos and graphics tailored to each platform
Communicating with the community: publishing content and responding to messages and comments
Optimising: tracking what works using extra tools such as Zapier
Lead generation: making content lead to action and setting up simple ad campaigns

Requirements

Preferably still studying in graphic design, (digital) media or communication
Own equipment: a good camera (system or DSLR), preferably also a microphone or gimbal
Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut
Skilled with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
Knows what works on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for each platform
Thinks in both strong visuals and results: how to make a video that converts
Works independently, takes initiative and stays flexible
Passion for football is a plus

Conditions

Part-time job of 12 to 16 hours per week, easy to combine with studies
Based in Amsterdam or Utrecht with the freedom to do part of the editing and planning work from home
Salary of around €20 per hour depending on your equipment and experience, plus travel reimbursement
A lot of own responsibility: you help decide how the brand presents itself online
A place in a young, growing company where ideas are executed quickly
A portfolio full of real results and the chance to play football yourself
Matches take place mainly in the evenings, so part of the hours fall in the evening
