Description

A real estate investment company with five years of experience is looking for a specialist to lead its organic Instagram content and turn attention into measurable sales calls. The role combines creative production — reels, stories, carousels and trial reels — with full-funnel analytics, tracking each piece from reach to booked-call conversion. The specialist will also coordinate a small team of video editors and a community manager, with occasional trips to Andorra for filming.

Responsibilities

Create and scale converting organic content: ideate, produce and measure every piece
Turn hooks, angles and formats into ready-to-publish reels, stories, carousels and trial reels
Track the full funnel from reach and engagement metrics to per-post conversion into booked calls
Choose the right CTA for each moment and format: comments, leads or appointments
Translate business needs into a content calendar coordinated with email and YouTube
Coordinate a small team of video editors and a community manager
Set priorities and ensure quality of the supporting person handling DMs, moderation, scheduling and uploads

Requirements

Passionate about content: you save posts, spot trends early and have strong aesthetic and visual judgment
Able to turn an idea into a published piece: you master AI tools and video editing and write good copies
Knows what makes a strong hook and how and when to use a CTA
Understands the funnel: what BOFU metrics are and what an end-to-end conversion ratio means
Experience running social accounts of relevant brands or creators with at least 100k followers
