Description

A fast-growing technology company developing next-generation connected digital platforms and smart physical-digital ecosystems is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join its Product & Engineering organization. The role owns end-to-end execution of complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, bridging Product Strategy, Hardware, Embedded Engineering, Software Development and QA. The manager facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages technical risks, resource capacity and project metrics while driving continuous improvement across engineering. The position is permanent with a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and drive the execution of technical roadmaps, tracking progress across software, hardware, and embedded systems integrations
Agile & Process Delivery: Facilitate core Agile ceremony workflows (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlogs), continuously improving delivery velocity and engineering processes
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the main bridge between Product, Software, Firmware, Hardware, and QA teams to align dependencies, deliverables, and timelines
Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify technical risks, operational bottlenecks, and scope creep, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery timelines
Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage resource allocation and workload planning to optimize team capacity across multiple concurrent technical tracks
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key project performance indicators (cycle time, release predictability, sprint burndowns) and communicate progress clearly to key stakeholders
Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of accountability, operational excellence, and agile best practices across the engineering organization

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master roles within tech-driven product environments
Proven track record of managing projects in software engineering, embedded platforms, connected devices, or hardware-software integration
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with practical experience tailoring frameworks to multi-disciplinary technical teams
Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, Notion) for tracking backlogs, dependencies, and roadmaps
Strong ability to map complex cross-team dependencies, manage technical trade-offs, and solve operational blockers
