Founders Associate — Engagement Innovation (All Genders)

An experienced, business-oriented Founders Associate — Engagement Innovation to help make the app ecosystem dramatically more fun, exciting and engaging. You'll work directly with the founders across every product team, constantly hunting for ideas that make users want to click, play, win, explore and come back. The role is about exceptional consumer instincts, high agency and an obsession with engagement mechanics in top B2C products, rather than managing roadmaps or introducing product processes.
