Description

Ancient + Brave, a mission-driven wellness brand, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to create exceptional brand and campaign designs. The role involves video editing, using AI tools, and working across brand, digital, Amazon, and retail channels. The candidate will be part of a collaborative team and set the bar for design and craft.

Responsibilities

Create exceptional brand and campaign design
Own high-quality Amazon design
Create standout retail and point-of-sale design
Design across key digital touchpoints including email, paid social, e-commerce
Edit, grade and finish video content
Be a senior creative voice setting the bar for design
Use AI creative tools intelligently
Thrive at pace balancing multiple projects
Raise standard across team through collaboration

Requirements

Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio spanning brand, campaign and digital creative
Highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong art direction and visual storytelling
Confident editing video with hands-on experience in Premiere Pro and knowledge of After Effects
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong understanding of brand with ability to evolve visual identity
Confident using AI creative tools
Experience designing across commercial channels including Amazon, paid social and retail
