A key role in designing and improving information systems related to life insurance products. The mission covers business needs analysis, functional specification writing, coordination with IT teams and Product Owners, testing and user support. The work follows Agile ceremonies and takes place in a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities
Facilitating workshops with business teams to understand, structure and formalize their needs
Writing detailed user stories and functional specifications based on identified needs
Collaborating with IT teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective solution implementation
Defining and executing functional and end-to-end test scenarios, supporting user tests and validating deliverables
Assisting users, managing incidents and participating in continuous process improvement
Taking part in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and syncing with the relevant Feature Teams
Requirements
Experience in Business Analysis and project management in the life insurance domain
Proficiency in Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Teams
Good understanding of life insurance business processes
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Relational ease and a good team spirit
Technical notions of SQL, APIs and IT architecture are a real asset
University degree in computer science, insurance, finance or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector
Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
Ability to gather and structure requirements with precision
Initiative to propose innovative solutions
Willingness to share your expertise with others
