Description

A consulting and technology company is hiring a Business Analyst / functional consultant specialized in ServiceNow for its Smart Business Transformation hub, dedicated to large strategic transformations driven by Data and AI. The role combines business-process expertise with configuration and functional administration of ServiceNow modules such as ESM, SPM, HRSD and CSM. The consultant works with CIOs and business departments on implementation projects, design workshops, functional testing, change management and platform administration. The position is based in Paris.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in building new business and IT processes or transforming existing ones
Configure ServiceNow modules (ESM, SPM, HRSD, CSM) and take part in design workshops
Propose solutions based as much as possible on the platform standard
Prepare and execute functional tests, UAT and regressions, track anomalies and contribute to functional documentation
Support change management: impact analysis, training materials, training key users and user support during deployment
Configure and functionally administer the platform: service catalogues, forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, portals, groups and roles, SLAs, dashboards

Requirements

Diploma from a top engineering or business school (grande école)
At least 2 years of experience on ServiceNow implementation, deployment or module evolution projects
Functional expertise in a business domain such as IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, General Services or Legal
Professional working proficiency in English
Daily use of generative AI in a professional context, including Now Assist
Strong command of the ServiceNow solution and its various modules
Mastery of at least two of ITSM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, ITOM, IRM, CRM
Good knowledge of the ITIL methodological framework
Interest in the ITSM/ESM domain and its innovations
Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for business development
