Description

INNOCV SOLUTIONS is managing recruitment for a Project Manager in Content & Influencer Marketing at Zurich Duo, Zurich's in-house agency. The role involves leading digital content projects and creator collaborations with 2-4 years of experience required. Based in Madrid, it demands high-level English and offers an agile, startup-like environment within a global corporation.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers
Oversee agreements and coordinate with external agencies and partners
Plan, monitor, and execute content projects from initial brief to final delivery
Align internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, and Production with client needs
Serve as direct client contact, translating requirements into project workflows
Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control for outputs
Monitor performance metrics and prepare campaign post-mortem reports
Provide on-site support for shooting or content production sessions

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in project management, influencer marketing, or digital agency environments
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms
Proficiency in project management tools like Notion, Trello, Asana
Knowledge of basic social media metrics and performance KPIs
English B2 or above required for international collaboration
German language highly desirable
