Description

The company is building a central marketing team and is hiring a Creative Content Lead to own the visual and video expression of its brand platform through film, photography, social-first content, motion and design. It is a hands-on role with genuine ownership: setting the creative bar, deciding what gets made, and running shoots end to end alongside senior leaders. The goal is to grow brand awareness and drive measurable pipeline impact, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

Own the overall creative vision, quality bar and visual identity across every channel
Concept, shoot, edit and publish independently across video, photo, design and motion
Produce polished campaign, case study and brand films alongside fast, reactive social-first content
Run shoot days end to end: set expectations on time, location and format, then direct on the day
Brief and coach senior leaders on camera, give direct feedback and push for retakes
Build the voices of senior leaders across personal and brand channels, turning events into weeks of content
Turn teams across both agencies into a content source by spotting and capturing stories
Own the performance loop: track performance, apply learnings, cut what isn't working and replace it
Manage the production engine: kit, editing workflows, asset libraries and a repeatable process that scales

Requirements

Portfolio proving social-first content, video, high-production work, photography and design, ideally for B2B or professional-services audiences
Genuine multi-disciplinary craft: strong videography and editing, confident photography, solid graphic design for social
Working knowledge of motion and animation, or the appetite to build it
Discipline to create within a brand brief as well as the flair to push beyond it
Deep platform fluency, especially LinkedIn, plus Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: formats, hooks, pacing and trends
Experience creating content featuring executives, founders or subject-matter experts, with confidence to direct senior people
Comfortable using AI tools in creative production and curious to keep pushing what's possible
Strong organisation: able to run multiple shoots, brands and content streams at once without dropping quality
Energy, initiative and the ability to bring people with you
Agency-side or in-house B2B marketing experience
Experience running exec social or thought-leadership programmes
