Description

An all-in-one platform for hospitality businesses is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Operations Manager to own the email and lifecycle marketing program end to end. The role combines operations design with hands-on execution across email, in-product, SMS, and sales touchpoints. It is a build-and-fix role: recovering deliverability, cleaning and growing the database, and designing campaign processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own the email and lifecycle marketing program end to end: workflows, data, deliverability, and cross-team processes
Design the process and build the infrastructure rather than just sending campaigns
Inherit a program mid-rebuild: recover deliverability, clean and grow the database, design campaign processes from scratch
Opportunity identification: proactively find areas to drive conversions, improve deliverability, and grow the marketable-contact base as prioritized projects
Cross-channel experience: coordinate email, Pendo, SMS, and sales sequences into one cohesive, non-overlapping journey
Campaign intake and delivery process: design and run the end-to-end process across content, design, and ops teams
Complex HubSpot workflows: build and own workflows from trigger logic to segmentation to QA
Deliverability and database health: mailability best practices, bounce and engagement hygiene, sender reputation, re-permissioning
Measurement: partner with BI to track engagement through to downstream and revenue impact, not just opens and clicks
Efficiency through AI and automation: make the work faster and more repeatable

Requirements

Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise as a marketer, admin-level skills a strong plus: workflows, lists, properties, subscription types, reporting
Operations mindset: design processes, documentation, and tooling for efficiency rather than working reactively
Proven ability to spot opportunities and turn them into projects that move conversions, deliverability, or database growth
Holistic cross-channel thinking: orchestrate email, in-product, SMS, and sales touchpoints as one journey
Strong communication and stakeholder management: proactive, responsive, clear, flags risks and slipping deadlines early
Strong business acumen and work ethic: connect email activity to business outcomes and own delivery end to end
Campaign operations experience: run complex workflows and coordinate design, content, and ops teams
Solid grasp of email deliverability, mailability, and CRM integrations: Salesforce, enrichment, validation
Working knowledge of email and privacy law: GDPR required, CASL and CAN-SPAM ideally, consent, opt-in, and re-permissioning practices
Lifecycle marketing expertise: onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, win-back
B2B SaaS marketing experience
