Work with Growth Directors and New Business to identify priority industries, accounts, buyer roles and opportunities to upsell services to existing clients
Research and enrich contacts in HubSpot, ZoomInfo and similar tools, validating them with Growth colleagues and addressing coverage gaps
Turn target-market needs into clear briefs for the Content team, coordinating campaign materials, messaging and assets
Create, test, launch and optimise sequences, email templates and outreach materials for Growth Directors and New Business teams
Personalise sequences by industry, role, seniority and account needs, aligning on the audience, timing, sender and follow-up
Develop nurture workflows that keep audiences engaged throughout long buying cycles with content relevant to the company’s solutions
Coordinate pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up with the Marketing Coordinator, routing responses to the appropriate Growth colleague
Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads to promote content, events and services
Manage audience targeting, agreed budgets, campaign schedules and tests, refining messaging, creative and spend allocation
Work with Content to create ad assets and clear CTAs, coordinating landing pages and conversion paths with colleagues and partners
Maintain consistent campaign naming, tracking links and conversion measurement so that activity is linked to HubSpot records and reported consistently
Coordinate the assigned paid media agency or specialist partners, clarifying responsibilities and reviewing results against campaign and pipeline objectives
Act as a key marketing stakeholder for HubSpot, managing campaign processes, contact segmentation, lists, workflows, sequences and reporting
Align with Marketing and Growth on lead lifecycle definitions, scoring criteria, routing and handoff, then implement and maintain the configuration
Maintain the quality of contact and campaign data through enrichment, deduplication, standardised properties and suppression, following data protection standards
Document workflows and campaign processes and help colleagues use sequences, templates and dashboards effectively
Identify opportunities to improve systems and coordinate complex configuration, integrations and technical issues with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders and external partners
Build and maintain dashboards covering campaign engagement, paid performance, sequence responses, lead conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline
Align with Marketing and Growth on reporting definitions and baselines, explaining what the data shows and where tracking or attribution has limitations
Share practical recommendations with Growth and Content on audiences, topics and channels that drive meaningful engagement and qualified conversations
Proactively test new approaches and use approved automation and AI tools to improve research, personalisation and reporting
