Description

A fintech company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia is hiring a Growth Manager for its Credit Line product. You’ll own the full funnel—from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention—as well as the acquisition budget, without a dedicated engineering squad or direct reports. This is a fully remote role with core collaboration hours aligned with Manila time. The focus is scaling the product among the Philippine middle class through experiments across paid channels, onboarding, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities

Help the team align on product growth decisions and priorities
Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget
Define and execute the Credit Line growth strategy with the business team, deciding what to test, scale, or stop
Allocate the acquisition budget and decide where to invest
Lead the product’s expansion among the Philippine middle class by defining the customer profile and channels, and reshaping the acquisition mix
Turn customer needs and concerns into experiments, manually testing a channel when needed and independently launching landing pages
Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention in collaboration with acquisition and product teams
Track CAC, approval rate, activation, first transaction, credit limit utilization, spend per active customer, retention, reactivation, and LTV against risk cost
Build a clear experiment tracking system so learnings accumulate across quarters
