Description

A financial membership product that combines credit and debit in one card with rewards, travel and experiences. The Product Designer joins a lean squad with a senior PM and two engineers, owning design from early concepts through to shipped work. The role covers flows, prototypes, research and usability testing, plus contributions to the design system, with a strong emphasis on visual craft and native mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

Own design in a lean squad, taking work from early concepts to shipped features
Turn complex problems into simple experiences by designing flows and prototypes with the PM
Craft beautiful, enjoyable premium products that members love coming back to
Run research alongside the PM, testing concepts and usability sessions, growing to lead own projects
Work shoulder to shoulder with the squad from the first sketch to the final product
Balance speed with polish, shipping scrappy ideas to learn or slowing down for details
Contribute to and refine the design system so the whole team moves fast consistently

Requirements

Exceptional visual craft: typography, layout, colour, spacing, hierarchy and motion
A few years of design experience, including at least the last two on digital products
Shipped native mobile experiences or designed digital interfaces with a focus on mobile craft
Desire to be involved end to end, from member conversations to final details
Gives and receives feedback well, asking for it and acting on it
Communicates openly and often, sharing early and treating engineers and PMs as creative partners
Cares about impact rather than output, measuring whether shipped features actually help members
Works like it's 2026, experimenting with new tools and the edges of AI for design
