Description

A global sports technology company working at the intersection of sports, media and betting is hiring a Product Manager for its eSports vertical inside the Odds services division. The role owns the integration of eSports content suppliers into the Odds ecosystem and the redistribution of that content to bookmakers worldwide, across the full product lifecycle from definition to launch and scale. The product manager works closely with engineering, trading, sales and supplier partners, holding end-to-end accountability while other units run parts of the delivery. The company follows an office-first hybrid model with four days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

Own the eSports odds product roadmap end-to-end from definition through build, launch and scale
Work closely with engineering to design and implement integrations with eSports content suppliers
Write clear specs and iterate with the team to ship reliable eSports odds functionality
Use data and direct client conversations to understand how bookmakers and bettors engage with eSports markets
Proactively pull in other teams, escalate risks early and stay accountable for outcomes not fully under own control
Communicate and influence stakeholders across engineering, trading, sales and supplier partners
Facilitate product workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional, multi-supplier teams

Requirements

An eSports specialist genuinely engaged with the eSports scene, its titles and its competitive landscape
Experience working on eSports-related products such as odds, data, streaming or adjacent
Excellent written and verbal communication, adapting tone and detail from engineers to senior stakeholders
Comfortable getting up to speed with a complex, multi-team service architecture
Experience operating in a multi-matrixed organisation where influence matters more than direct authority
Ownership of outcomes end-to-end without full control over delivery, with early escalation and follow-through
Ability to facilitate product workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
Experience with agile development and delivery methodologies
Willingness to constructively challenge the status quo
