Description

A Product Owner is sought for a digital product focused on evolutivos, someone who enjoys bringing ideas down to earth: defining well, prioritizing with criteria and ensuring what reaches production makes sense for the user. The role owns the digital roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives by economic impact, expected return and strategic alignment. It works closely with marketing, IT, admissions, UX/UI and development in an environment where scalability and continuous improvement are key.

Responsibilities

Work with different stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, IT, Admissions) to understand and define real business needs
Manage the roadmap of digital evolutivos, prioritizing initiatives by economic impact, expected return and strategic alignment
Turn needs into well-defined epics, user stories and tasks ready for frictionless development
Manage the backlog with criteria, balancing business impact, technical effort and user experience
Collaborate closely with UX/UI and development to design solutions that truly work
Participate in refinements and accompany the team during development
Validate functionally what is built (QA), ensuring it meets what was defined
Review end-to-end product flows from the user perspective
Coordinate delivery of evolutivos and their correct release to production
Propose improvements: we expect you to contribute, not just execute

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of business, development and design
