Description

Creative Fabrica, an AI platform that lets consumers create images, video, audio and 3D content, is hiring a Reddit & Community Operator. This is not a moderation role: the person goes where conversations already happen, creates community-native content and runs experiments to generate organic awareness. The work covers mapping communities, building relationships with moderators, collaborating on product launches and measuring reach, engagement and referral traffic.

Responsibilities

Own presence and organic distribution across Reddit and other relevant online communities
Map subreddits, Discord communities, forums and niche platforms where potential users are active
Build a deep understanding of each community's culture, rules, language and interests
Participate genuinely where relevant, contributing useful information and ideas rather than promotion
Create community-native content: product use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows and results
Run creative experiments with new communities, formats, concepts and initiatives
Build relationships with moderators, community owners and power users for AMAs, partnerships and challenges
Collaborate with Product Marketing and the creative team to introduce new products in a platform-native way
Monitor conversations about competitors and the broader AI market, surfacing feedback and competitive insights
Measure reach, engagement, referral traffic and mentions, documenting winning approaches to scale

Requirements

2+ years of internet-native experience in community, Reddit, social media, audience development or another growth role
Deep Reddit fluency: subreddit dynamics, moderation, karma and community rules
Broad community range: Discord, forums and internet culture knowledge
Proven organic engagement creating content or participating in communities
Excellent written English and conversational copywriting adaptable to different communities
Extremely online instincts with strong judgment and patience to build credibility
High-output, experimental mindset able to run many small experiments and read analytics and referral data

24 days of paid vacation per year plus public holidays
