Description

Senior Performance Marketing Manager role in the London Area, United Kingdom. The position owns paid acquisition strategy, budget and performance across Google Ads and Meta for a fast-growing digital business. It is a genuinely hands-on role combining strategic seniority with platform-level execution, analytics and management of a junior marketer.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, budget and performance of paid channels including Google Ads and Meta
Generate efficient, high-quality customer acquisition rather than simply increasing spend
Audit existing accounts, refine targeting and exclusions, build campaigns and continuously test and optimise performance
Lead structured tests across emerging channels, formats and opportunities
Analyse performance by channel, device and lead quality using GA4, Mixpanel and CRM data
Connect acquisition activity to downstream customer value rather than focusing solely on lead volume
Own reporting and forecasting across spend, volume, cost per acquisition and lead quality
Work closely with growth and marketing colleagues on conversion optimisation, experimentation and measurement
Manage a more junior performance marketer

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Ideally experience in a subscription or SaaS environment
Strategic seniority combined with the willingness and ability to get into the detail
Rigorous, data-led approach to diagnosing issues and turning insights into action
