Description

Technical project management role focused on partner integrations: API interconnections, data flows exchanged with client and partner information systems, format adaptations and field deployments run by external technicians. The person is the single point of contact for key accounts and partners, qualifying and framing incoming requests, driving milestones and keeping integration documentation up to date. The role sits between product, engineering, operations and sales in a 30-person company with an ongoing international rollout. The position is based in Paris with occasional travel to partner and operational sites.

Responsibilities

Act as the named single point of contact for partners on all technical and operational topics: API, data flows, interconnections, qualified incidents and usage questions
Qualify and reformulate each incoming request — bug, enhancement, misunderstanding or out-of-scope topic — and filter before forwarding it internally
Hold the frame: recall what is contractual, what is on the roadmap and what is not, offering an alternative instead of a flat refusal
Guarantee end-to-end follow-up so that every topic has a status, a deadline and an owner on both sides
Frame special interconnection projects: new API integration, exchange format, adaptation to a client information system, field POC
Translate partner needs into specifications usable by the teams and technical constraints into language the partner can understand
Drive planning, dependencies and milestones, run sync meetings and keep a decision log that is authoritative for both parties
Organise acceptance testing, go-live and post-launch follow-up
Maintain integration documentation: API documentation, connection guides and partner FAQ
Manage deployments and installations performed by partners' external technicians: scheduling, coordinating contributors, checking execution and tracking processes
Monitor service quality for clients: identify blockers, follow and resolve incidents, escalate problems to technical teams and analyse incident root causes
Act as a buffer between sales or partner pressure and the technical teams: consolidate requests, arbitrate priorities with the Head of Operations, Head of Sales, CPO and CTO and escalate when needed
Feed operations rituals and roadmap with a consolidated view of partner needs
Work upstream with the Sales team: bring technical expertise in pre-sales and flag at-risk commitments early
Capitalise by turning each successful integration into a reusable standard (patterns, templates, documentation)

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent with genuine hands-on technical practice in development, integration, data, pre-sales or field work
3 to 6 years of experience, part of it in direct contact with clients or partners
Pragmatic project management: writing, documenting, chasing follow-ups and closing items without heavy methodology
Diplomatic firmness: having already managed an escalation, said no to a client, renegotiated a deadline and reframed drifting scope while preserving the relationship
Ability to run a sync meeting alone with an international technical team and write an email that holds a position
Professional English and French, both written and spoken
Autonomy, composure and appetite for environments where not everything is written yet
Nice to have: experience in a hardware + software or IoT environment
Nice to have: experience with large-account information system integrations or technical partnerships
Nice to have: proficiency in German
