A French luxury fashion house founded in 1997 is looking for a Traffic Manager to join its Digital team and report to the Acquisition Manager. The role covers the operational management and performance of all traffic levers for the brand's 8 European e-commerce websites. It involves close collaboration with in-house e-commerce, communication and CRM teams as well as external partners and agencies. The position is based in Paris and offered as a permanent CDI contract, with mandatory proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
Brief and operationally set up branding and acquisition campaigns across the different acquisition channels (SEA, Social Ads, Display, Affiliation, Emailing)
Collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams (communication, e-commerce and CRM) to ensure communication alignment
Collaborate with external partners to guarantee campaign implementation according to defined schedules
Check configured budgets and broadcast messages
Produce daily and weekly reporting on spend and performance of running campaigns (COS, ROI, sessions, conversion rate, average basket)
Optimize budgets allocated to the different levers and ensure their optimal use
Set up and improve automated dashboards for KPI tracking
Implement corrective actions (boost/deboost, message adaptation with the help of agencies)
Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities and maximize ROI
Manage service providers and agencies
Run ad-hoc analyses on specific categories, audiences or messages
Deploy test & learn and A/B testing approaches
Monitor competition and propose new levers and visual optimization
Maintain constant monitoring of trends and channel evolution to propose optimization recommendations and tests on new levers
Requirements
Bac+4/5 degree specializing in digital marketing or equivalent
Knowledge of traffic acquisition levers: SEA, SEO, display, social networks, affiliation, emailing
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel and Power BI
Good interpersonal skills, results- and analysis-oriented, well organized
Mandatory proficiency in English
