It is a hands-on strategic position combining media buying, CRO, copy and commercial analytics with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Personally manage Amazon advertising: Sponsored Ads and DSP targeting, bids, budgets, exclusions and creative tests
Improve conversion and discoverability through listing copy, search optimization, A+ Content and Brand Store improvements
Own the Reviews and Ratings program with policy-compliant review generation and feedback monitoring
Coordinate Operations around growth needs: promotional requirements, availability and account issues
Connect customer experience to growth by investigating return reasons, product confusion and recurring complaints
Shape the Amazon product mix: recommend assortment, bundles, pricing and launch priorities
Plan commercial activity across markets with an Amazon promotional and launch calendar
Own performance analysis: track kit growth, revenue and acquisition efficiency with multi-month trend reports
Independently audit and take over existing accounts in-house, document account knowledge and review progress

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience directly managing Amazon growth with evidence of meaningful commercial improvements
Experience owning a broader channel roadmap is essential
Recent hands-on experience building and optimizing Sponsored Ads plus practical DSP campaign-management experience
Strong Amazon CRO and copy skills, including listing SEO, A+ Content and structured experimentation
Commercial and analytical judgment across acquisition cost, conversion, net revenue, Amazon fees, returns and contribution
Working knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, account health and compliant reviews practices
Experience across multiple Amazon markets is preferred; US experience is essential
Strong ownership, prioritization and written English with ability to execute independently
Experience with health, wellness or other considered-purchase consumer products is an advantage
