Description

Business improvement role embedded in a specific business area of Network Plus, a UK utility and infrastructure services provider. The analyst partners day to day with the Managing Director and Commercial Director, identifies opportunities across people, process and systems (often non-technical), and acts as the route into IT when technology is needed. Build the case for change, quantifying benefit, effort and priority for leadership decisions
Analyse current as-is processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and gaps
