Description

DRIVE Consulting is looking for a Data Analyst for Data Science and analytics projects with leading industrial and automotive companies. You will build dashboards, analyze complex data, and develop data structures and pipelines that feed directly into clients' reporting and decision-making foundations. The role is hands-on, from requirements analysis through conception to implementation, and works closely with clients and stakeholders. The location is Berlin, with regular on-site work at client sites being part of the role.

Responsibilities

Contribution to analytics workstreams in client projects with responsibility for own tasks and sub-projects
Development and operation of data pipelines between cloud sources and analytics or dashboard tools, including quality, automation, and performance (especially via SQL)
Conception and development of dashboards with a focus on usability and clear decision support for management
Analysis of complex and heterogeneous data structures, data preparation, and efficient merging of various data sources
Conducting ad-hoc analyses and exploratory evaluations as well as tailoring results to the target audience
Close collaboration within the project team and with relevant stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions
Support on architecture questions, prioritization, and further development of analytics solutions
Contribution of own ideas and continuous professional and methodological development

Requirements

First professional experience (approx. 1–3 years) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a comparable data-driven environment
Good knowledge of Python and the ability to independently analyze and prepare complex data structures
First experience in building data pipelines and/or dashboarding
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Grafana, Tableau)
Analytical and structured working style as well as enjoyment of complex challenges
Quick familiarization with new topics and continuous professional development
Ideally, first exposure to processes in the automotive industry or industrial environment
Teamwork, clear communication, and confident presence in client interactions
