Description

Full-stack role with a back-end focus on the strategic applications of a large international group, including its flagship luxury clienteling app. The developer designs and maintains Node.js/TypeScript services with NestJS, evolves the APIs consumed by the group's mobile applications and builds React/Next.js front-ends. Data lives in MongoDB and Redis, and AI-augmented coding with Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot is a daily and mandatory practice.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend services on Node.js / TypeScript with NestJS: modules, dependency injection, guards and interceptors
Expose and evolve the APIs used by the group's mobile applications, including the clienteling app
Model and optimize data in MongoDB: schemas, indexes, aggregations and query performance
Set up and operate Redis: cache, sessions, message queues and rate limiting
Develop web applications and interfaces on React with Next.js: SSR / SSG, App Router and API routes
Work daily in AI-augmented mode with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or an equivalent, while remaining accountable for the result
Participate in CI/CD pipelines: build, automated tests, quality control and deployment
Ensure delivery quality through unit, integration and e2e tests, code review and monitoring
Work closely with mobile developers, the Product Owner and designers

Requirements

Proven level from confident to senior with production experience in full-stack development on Node.js / TypeScript
Confident command of NestJS and Next.js along with their ecosystems
Experience with MongoDB: data modeling, indexing and query performance optimization
Experience applying Redis in an application context: cache, sessions, message queues, rate limiting
Knowledge of software quality and development industrialization practices
Pronounced interest in CI/CD and automation of build and deployment
Experience with high-traffic systems
Daily advanced use of AI development tools — a mandatory condition; profiles with exclusively manual coding are not considered
Critical attitude toward AI-generated code and ability to defend your technical decisions
Meticulousness, autonomy and focus on quality on high-visibility products
Fluent French; professional English will be an advantage
A plus would be experience in the mobile ecosystem: iOS / Swift or React Native
A plus would be experience developing APIs for applications published in the stores
A plus would be experience in luxury, retail or high-traffic mass products
Junior-level profiles are not considered
