Description

The company builds a document production layer for Microsoft 365, used by financial services teams in investment banking, private equity, asset management and advisory. The Lead Product Marketing Manager owns the positioning, go-to-market plan and pricing for a strategic bet, starting with the AI offer, including MCP, and reports directly to the CPO. The role sits between Product, Sales and Marketing, sets standards for the entire PMM team and is an individual contributor position at level L4, based in Paris or London.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and the go-to-market plan for a product line or strategic bet, starting with the AI offer, including MCP
Turn an ambiguous market theme into clear positioning and a 12-month plan
Explain why the product is a must-have alongside Copilot and AI assistants, rather than a nice-to-have
Deliver complete launch kits, including messaging, sales decks, demos and customer communications
Send executives a monthly pulse report on the strategic bet
Own competitive intelligence on direct competitors and AI players, automating it as much as possible
Run competitive reviews with Product, Sales and Marketing
Design enablement workflows and competitive intelligence updates for all PMMs and Sales
Work with Sales on key deals
Lead pricing and packaging work, including options, AI usage and credit models, and pricing tiers
Build pricing and market-sizing models to support each recommendation
Write decision memos that allow executives to make a decision in a single read
Track the impact on deal size after launch
Set standards for all PMMs across positioning, launch tiers and competitive files
Be the internal expert on AI in marketing
Serve as a bar raiser in PMM hiring
Select tools for PMMs in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing

Requirements

8+ years in product marketing, including at least one role owning the positioning of a product line or new offer, not just launches
Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales: personally carrying a quota in complex, high-value deals or working closely with quota-carrying sellers
Experience leading pricing or packaging work that changed deal size, with clear details on the options considered, data used, decision-makers involved and results
Results attributable to revenue over 12 months or more, rather than just pipeline, clicks or downloads
Experience owning competitive intelligence and turning it into won deals
Hands-on daily use of AI and independently built AI workflows, such as pricing models, automated competitor tracking and launch kits
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including one-page decision memos for executives
Willingness to work from Paris or London
