Performance & Operations Analyst H/F

Performance and operations analyst role focused on improving field operations rather than only producing dashboards. The analyst works directly with operations, supply, logistics, food, commerce, finance and IT teams to understand field problems, analyse available data and help business managers improve their performance. The position combines KPI monitoring, process mapping and automation opportunities with building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase and handling data in SQL. Technical support on the most complex topics is provided by an in-house Data team.
