Description

A healthcare SaaS company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to turn the real clinical value of AI-assisted OR planning into language that physicians, OR coordinators and executives immediately understand. The role owns personas, value propositions, use cases and customer stories, enables sales with battle cards and proof-of-value stories, and translates market and customer insights into positioning. Content impact is measured qualitatively and quantitatively and improved iteratively.

Responsibilities

Develop credible messages for decision-makers (CEO, CIO, management) and users (OR leadership, chief physicians, anesthesia, department heads) in clinical language, not feature-speak
Own value propositions, use cases and customer stories with measurable outcomes as one-pagers, slide decks, video scripts and webinars produced by the group marketing team
Deliver battle cards, objection-handling arguments and proof-of-value stories to sales and customer success for new customer acquisition and upselling
Gather insights from customer interviews, win/loss analyses and healthcare trends and translate them into positioning and materials
Measure the impact of your content qualitatively and quantitatively and improve it iteratively

Requirements

Clinical proximity: hands-on hospital experience (nursing, anesthesia, OR services, float staff or internships) or such a deep understanding of OR workflows that clinicians trust you
3+ years in product or content marketing in B2B, ideally healthcare; a strong clinical background plus proven communication talent also counts, career change from nursing into communication is explicitly a plus
Native-level German in speaking and writing, with the gift of making complex things simple
Outcome thinking: you think in measurable results, not in pretty slides
Empathy and listening skills: you take the counterpart with you instead of flooding them with text
English is an advantage (reading/writing) for international collaboration
Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or similar (nice-to-have)
Proven publications, articles or thought leadership; own social-media activity is a plus
Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection in healthcare
Confident work in fast-paced multi-stakeholder environments

Conditions

Hybrid work: remote plus day-wise presence in the representative Berlin office near Friedrichstraße station
Own MacBook provided from the first day of work
Opportunity to participate in the company's growth and profit as a shareholder
Room for personal side projects and professional development
Ambitious future-relevant projects in AI-as-a-service and data-driven consulting
Employee events and sports activities several times a year
