Technical Product Manager (Data / SaaS)

Description

A SaaS data-integration platform that connects marketing data from 300+ sources to 30+ destinations for 6 000+ customers is hiring its first Technical Product Manager. The role builds the product function from scratch: cutting the integration list down instead of growing it, turning customer feedback and usage data into a short list of priorities, and shipping regularly. The team is distributed, mostly across Europe, and works async without daily standups.

Responsibilities

Decide what gets built and say no to more than yes, cutting down the list of 300+ live integrations instead of growing it blindly
Turn customer feedback, usage data and competitive gaps into a short list of things worth doing
Work close enough to engineering to sanity-check own estimates rather than relay someone else's
Use data to decide even when it is incomplete, which it usually will be
Ship: own the roadmap as a working product function, not a document

Requirements

Shipped a SaaS product that customers actually paid for and used more than once, not a one-off
Comfortable pulling and reading own data on usage, funnel and retention without waiting on an analyst
Can cut a long list of good ideas down to the few that matter and explain what was dropped and why
Real engineering background, or close enough to engineers to sense what is a week of work versus a quarter
Comfortable working async in a distributed, mostly-Europe team with no daily standups

Conditions

Full-time position
Competitive pay on par with a well-funded Series A/B SaaS company, with upside tied to outcomes
Real ownership as the first PM, without competing for scope with other product managers
No team to inherit and no roadmap to plug into, the function is built from scratch
Distributed, mostly-Europe team working async without daily standups
Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
