Description

The employer helps AI startups launch and distribute on X, running over 50 launches a month for funded tech clients on a performance pricing model. The Senior Account Manager owns the client relationship after the sale: calendar, money, renewals and account growth, working alongside a launch lead. The role is remote full-time across any time zone and involves building young company processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own the client after the sale with a kickoff call, shared Slack channel and clear expectations
Collect launch requirements upfront: timing, assets, X account access and client sign-off
Keep the launch calendar full and funded with confirmed dates and budgets paid on time
Own the money: issue performance-fee invoices at 72 hours, handle W-9, downgrades and cancellations
Brief clients on goals, content requirements and launch day, build their monthly activity plan
Agree the angle with the launch lead and secure the client's sign-off in time
Be the client's voice in the team and hold the launch lead to agreed dates
Close the loop after every launch with same-day results and follow-ups at 24 and 72 hours
Run a short retro against benchmarks and write a recap after every call
Be the first responder when something goes wrong, answering within the hour and escalating to a founder
Grow accounts with more launches, bigger creator budgets, renewals and early churn spotting
Keep client and campaign pages true in Notion and Attio with a weekly health check
Collect testimonials, case studies, screenshots and referrals from happy clients
Build the process: automated reminders and the hand-off with the launch lead
