Description

A leading influencer marketing platform trusted by luxury and lifestyle brands is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to own tailored client work: data feeds into BI tools, integrations with existing brand tools, platform migrations and AI-based content labelling. The role runs from the first client request to go-live and beyond, reporting to both the CPO and CTO, with time split roughly 70% client projects and 30% internal projects.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with clients to understand the business need behind each request
Talk to technical stakeholders in IT, data, BI and security as well as senior business leaders
Turn client needs into a clear brief covering scope, price, ROI and timeline
Manage expectations by saying what's possible, what isn't and what it costs
Send regular status updates and run steering meetings on key accounts
Handle escalations calmly and find solutions when things slip
Scope and deliver data exports and automated feeds into client tools like Looker, SharePoint and data warehouses
Build integrations with the tools brands already use: social listening, CRM and SSO
Run data imports and migrations from other platforms
Deliver AI-based automation such as content labelling and logo recognition
Set up custom metrics, reports and workspace configurations
Write technical specifications and coordinate engineering work
Test deliveries and validate data quality before handover
Keep the Client Projects Tracker up to date
Lead internal data and tooling projects such as bringing CRM and deals data into admin tools
Partner with AMs and CSMs on account priorities and upsell opportunities
Identify recurring client requests and feed them into the product roadmap
Build repeatable processes for scoping, pricing and delivery

Requirements

Combined experience of software engineer and client-facing technical project management
Hands-on understanding of APIs, data models, exports and 3rd party integrations
Strong client presence: credible with engineers and at ease with senior executives
Proven ability to manage expectations, negotiate scope and communicate proactively
Track record delivering complex projects for enterprise clients in B2B SaaS
Fluent in English and French
Experience with BI, data and social listening tools: Looker, Power BI, BigQuery, SQL, Radarly, Talkwalker
Experience with luxury, beauty or retail clients
Exposure to enterprise security requirements such as SSO and security reviews
Interest in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems
Appetite for AI and workflow automation tools
